"Once checked in a good stay. Comfortable room and good location. Problem with check in was that I was expected to do it remotely, sending a copy of my passport by WhatsApp, which I declined to do. "This is a lovely building in a great location! Thank you for letting us enter so late. Staying here really made our night great after experiencing a horrible flight delay. We checked in and went out for a bite which was just a few steps away and was a wonderful experience in itself. We slept comfortably and had everything we needed. "Fantastic stay in a local traditional tesofential spot, all amenities accessible and with in walking distance. Host was incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. The small touches really make this property, the host provides a variety of cakes, juices and tea and coffee giving it a very homely feel and is always contactable and very responsive. "Town House Cavour lived up to its promise. New and modern interior. Large bath and comfortable bed. Good a/c adequate for the space. Large armoire/closet with drawers, shelves and hanging space so we could fully unpack and stow away the empty suitcases. Steps from the piazza del duomo and the pedestrian street where there were shopping, bars and restaurants. Our host gave us good recommendations for restaurants to try and things to do. "Francesca is a delightful hostess. We walked from the station up to her place, but she felt bad when she found out. Apparently it is her practice to pick up and drop off guests at the station, which is very sweet. Just message her on WhatsApp for that. "We spent a week in this apartment and found it an ideal base for local outings, including Taormina and Etna. Forza d'Agro is a bit like a hill-top Sicilian St Ives - all tiny alleys and steep streets and stairs, with excellent restaurants. The chocolate museum was pretty original too! The apartment is well-equipped and clean, with a lovely terrace giving the most amazing views along the coast and across the valley to the mountains."
