Pleasant Stay
Great location and nice hotel. We though we would have two beds as stated on the website but this was not the case so make sure you you request this clearly if you need it. However, they did bring an extra bed in to accommodate us.

This is a great stop over or a stay near a working port. Easy check in and friendly staff. Great size rooms and brekkie on the roof top. We definitely recommend it.

Very pleasant surprise to have struck upon Manzoni46, a gorgeous boutique hotel in Milazzo. Highly convenient location, within walking distance of the Aeolian Island ferries. Beautiful decor, pristine cleanliness, and amazing breakfast alfresco. Highly recommended.

We stayed for one night, the room was fine and had a balcony with table and chairs. The aircon worked well and the place was clean and tidy. Could have done with some more hangers in the cupboard (only 3) and extra hooks in bathroom for towels etc. Overall the place was good.

Property was well kept and host was very easy to reach. She also proactively sent the entry code and check-in instructions since we were arriving late. We were able to walk to a neighborhood restaurant for a late dinner. Our apartment was spacious and included a washer which was a bonus. There was a bit of water damage visible in a couple of areas inside the apartment but nothing that interfered with our stay. Beautiful balcony and great amenities. Large selection at breakfast as well.

Excellent B&B with a lovely breakfast. Our room was comfortable and well stocked with thoughtful amenities. I misread the property details and thought that parking available meant parking included. There is parking on the street outside the B&B and once we understood which spots were free parking spots (white line = free, blue line = pay parking), it was easy to find parking for the night. The street was quiet and our car was very safe. We really enjoyed walking around Milazzo in the evenings and had a wonderful day hiking to the end of Capo Milazzo (a short drive away).

Convenient location and nice decor
Directly across from the ferry port, this is a good location as a stop over. The design decor is very hip and stylish. The check in is listed as staring at 2:00. When we arrived at 2, the lobby was empty. After waiting 25 minutes and when another couple arrived, we called a cell phone number and were told that check in can’t start until 3:30. There was no staff in the hotel until then. She did arrive shortly after 3:00 based on the objections we voiced on the phone. I would also suggest adding at least one herbal (chamomile) tea to the sparse breakfast offerings. It is a really nice place but there were a few odd things, which may have been fixed by now.

We booked a "Deluxe room with patio" and we ended up with a standard room in another building than the proper hotel. Check-in was supposed to be up to 10pm but nobody was at the reception when we arrived at 9pm. They sent us a message saying that they would leave the keys on the counter. The explanations in English to understand where was our room were impossible to understand so we had to ask to get the explanations in Italian and use Google translation. The person from the hotel asked us to even close the wood portal from the official hotel after picking up the keys. On the other building, there was a digicode and a Key box, it would have been much safer than letting the keys unattended with my name at the hotel. In our room, the sheet was to small for the double bed. Finally, we were supposed to pay 2€ of local tax and we have been asked 3€. The room was ok and the breakfast was good. Practical location close to the boat to go to the eolian islands.

we were promised a refund, never got it.
We booked two rooms at Manzoni, we had one that was the apartment, it was nice and comfortable the other was room #3. The air conditioning in this room did not work. The owner helped to fix this but was unable to, she also had her technical person out to fix it and was unable to. It was very very hot in this room all night and very uncomfortable. We were promised a refund on this room and even left a credit card number with them for the refund. it has been 3 weeks now and we have not received it. We have emailed and received no response. This hotel is a short distance from the ferries and the staff are nice but we are very upset that we were promised a refund and never got any communication back or the refund.
