"interesting, period stay. nice car park close by though £1.20 per hour after 8am, can pay before hand so no early morning rush. Complicated entry system for late arrivals after 7pm. My garden room was lovely with plenty of interest. hot water for basin controlled by button I never found. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Easy to exit Shrewsbury from. frienly and helpful staff. "

"We stayed here for one night after attending a wedding near by. We arrived at 10 pm in heavy rain and were warmly welcomed at the door by the owner who quickly checked us in and showed us to our room. Next morning we woke to sunshine and wonderful views to the surrounding hills. Breakfast was very good and service was excellent.
