"I loved the feel of the cabin on this private property tucked among the pine trees. If you are looking for peaceful solitude, this is the place. Very close to the state park for hiking and the little town is cute too. The cabin was a little buggy, not too bad, but expected since it's in the middle of nowhere. I enjoyed a peaceful solo get away here. "

"The lodge was really nice. There were beautiful and cool art pieces everywhere that all loved. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had a great get together and Smithville is quaint and nice spot to visit. Donna Lancon"

"This little house was just perfect! Clean, cute, filled with extras (the scone was delish) and just straight out of a Cottage Magazine. It's location in Smithville was a quick drive to our event in Bastrop. My one complaint is that our event kept us from being there to enjoy it more!"
