Appliances brand new, beds great and bathroom clean. Don’t hesitate to rent this apartment. You won’t regret it."

The condo is very large and had almost everything we needed. We always travel with our own coffee maker so we got lucky 😉 As the listing states, you cannot use the balcony. That was the only part that would make the stay even better! The amenities here are awesome, there is a large pool and hot tub as well as a gym. It is right on...

Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. "We loved a much needed getaway weekend here! It was the perfect location for us, just off the beach and the end of the boardwalk with easy walking and bike access to the shops and restaurants around town. The unit is cute and we enjoyed the porch as well as the ability to keep our bikes out back. Great host and communication with easy access. We would definitely come back!"
