"The hotel had some difficulties during our stay because it coincided with storm Eowyn and some facilities were not available but with good cause. The staff were fantastic and we were particularly impressed with the way all the catering staff worked together irrespective of status. Refurbishment is occurring and will be on-going but the impact was minimal however, the end result will put this venue in the top places to stay."

"Approaching the Hotel needs more signage but the aura of the hotel approach is very exciting. The entrance is lovely and the ambiance and atmosphere is very smoothing and calming. The staff were excellent and even amended out breakfast arrangement to a small take away continental breakfast as we had a very early start. The Room was decorated nicely with heavy curtains.
