"Well equipped, spacious bungalow with delightful views across the Lincolnshire countryside. The online information misses many of the features of the premise, The two lounges, the bunk beds in the 'twin' bedroom, the existence of a dishwasher. It provides far more than promised. Only real downside were the mattresses on the double beds, thin with springs so uncomfortable and the beds have a solid frame around them so decidedly uncomfortable entry and exit. The walk in showers to the ensuites...

"Ideal location, large property, staff very helpful and friendly, took feedback well, property in need of some TLC, damp is an issue in main bathroom, cleaning could be better, carpets stained and tired looking, no batteries in clocks, and a few other little things that would've made it the perfect stay, staff did say they would try to improve the property, would stay again 😊"

"Great little cottage in quiet locality, I'd say it's uber comfortable for 5 adults ( pull out bed for 6th isn't really usable other than snaffling the mattress & using in lounge... as we did). Cottage well equipped & everything clean. Local town great with nice pubs, co-op, chip shop. Short drive to great beaches. Lovely stay."

"Arrived at 4pm the accommodation had not been prepared. we had to contact the agent to get the cleaners in ,also put the bedlinen and towels out. The accommodation suited our needs well, creaking floor boards on the landing just like a haunted house."

"Just had a lovely stay it this cottage. Perfect base for us to explore. The property has everything you need for your stay. Checkin was quick and easy. Took our little dog with us who had a fab time. It’s a short walk to the village where there are a couple of pubs, take always plus a co-op for all your essentials. It’s a short train ride or drive to Skegness. It’s a lovely cottage the hot tub was a bonus too. Thanks for a nice stay."
