"quite a spacious cottage and well laid out kitchen was equipped with enough for our needs, quiet and comfortable with enough secure garden for all to enjoy and not worry about the dogs wandering off, the camp site next door made us feel very welcome and they have a little shop with essentials in it, they also have a cafe open from 9:30-11:30 offering a good breakfast, doge are welcome too and well looked after also getting a doggie brekkie, with a warm friendly atmosphere "

"A lovely house which was perfect for our short family break. The house is completed to a high spec and the garden is very well maintained. The bar area is a bonus and a really nice area for socialising. Location was good to go to beaches and other local areas. Most things are within a 10-15 minute drive. Kids and grandparents really enjoyed the stay."

"We booked for the weekend with family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again"

"Absolutely beautiful accommodation, the pool, outside dining area, in fact all of the grounds are magnificent. Marie and Ian are amazing hosts, warm, kind, great sense of humour. "We loved the outside. The manager allowed us to have a paddling pool on the grass which our granddaughter loved and had so much fun with all the space in the garden and house. The males in the family lived the table tennis and badminton. House very well equipped."

"This was the most comfortable, cleanest, well equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in. We would definitely recommend to anyone, i think the owners have catered for everyones needs, i really can't praise it enough."

"The accommodation and location are 5-star. The hosts, Kathy and Alan, are unique and very helpful. We have stayed at this location several times in recent years and cannot fault anything. It's very much a home-from-home when we travel there—highly recommended."

"Good property with off road parking for two cars. Nice touch that there was a welcome hamper with a few useful food items. As we were playing golf every day our main requirement was that the beds were comfortable, and they were. The WiFi was good, and the lounge comfortable. The local pub in walking distance serves good food and drinks. We hope to be back next time we are playing at Woodhall Spa."
