"Bigger than expected large rooms well equipped fabulous coastal village"

"We booked for the weekend with family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again"

"A lovely house which was perfect for our short family break. The house is completed to a high spec and the garden is very well maintained. The bar area is a bonus and a really nice area for socialising. Location was good to go to beaches and other local areas. Most things are within a 10-15 minute drive. Kids and grandparents really enjoyed the stay."

"Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Clean and well maintained. In a quiet location on the site. A great stay. Only negative was absence of wi-fi which with a very poor phone signal is not a good combination."

"Coachmans Cottage was very peaceful, clean and well equipped. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. The countryside around the cottage was amazing and access to local amenities was very helpful as a family who were new to Norfolk."

"Generally good accommodation and in good location although the house is a bit tired and in need of modernising/decoration. Generally clean and tidy, although not sure if it had a deep clean due to COVID-19. The hot water is far too hot and could result in burns, maybe reduce temperature or have a notice warning of very hot water"

"We had a fantastic stay. The property is clean, warm and welcoming. Double bed was super comfy with excellent bedding. Kitchen well equipped and user friendly. The lounge is large yet has a lovely cosy vibe. Close to the village and beach. I can highly recommend the Admiral Benbow for a drink (cash only) and the Marina chippy, the best fish and chipps! "Fantastic accommodation for grandparents and grandson. Nothing wanting. Nearby shop and around 15 minute walk to beach. The use of beachhut is well worth the spend. We loved it ❤️"
