"We stayed 12 days at Beachside and already plan on returning. The unit was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fabulous deep porch! Units do vary in porch size so look at the photos. This one was deep and in the shade during the afternoon, perfect. A breeze blew everyday and we never once turned on the AC, the ceiling fans were all that was needed. "The villa is roomy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need, and there are plenty of towels. A very nice touch is the selection of dvds and books. Herbert is a wonderful host and is quick to answer any questions. A big shout out to Oliver, he was such a helpful staff member."

"We stayed 10 nights, had to ask for hairdryer and clean towels and sheets after 5 days. No hairdryer."

"Wonderfully located a close distance to the main town of Placencia. This property was super unique and tucked back far enough you felt like you were super secluded. The accommodations were great and the staff attended to any issue that arose. Make sure to take the hummingbird highway down if you drive from the city. Also, don't forget to stop for tamales at Mrs. Betha's at mile-marker 26 on your way down. A couple of quick notes, you are in a tropical location, so we did have some little ants...

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Villas at Cocoplum. All of the staff was extremely helpful and had some great recommendations for us! It was great to be able to walk down the beach to the Naia restaurants. We also really loved having the kayaks and paddle boards available to use. The pool was great and the condo itself, beautiful and well equipped. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The unit was just as described. The property manager quickly responded to questions and made the check in and out process very easy. He gave suggestions on area amenities helped with transportation and overall was very pleasant to deal with. The space was clean and comfortable. It was a great stay."

"First, the pictures do not do this place justice. It was immaculate and well designed. We enjoyed the pool, kayaking, and playing corn hole. It was relaxing and relaxing he perfect place for a family vacation. Erin was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had. "We enjoyed our stay at Coco plum villas in Belize. The condo was close to the beach and even closer to the pool so we were able to enjoy the outdoors. The inside had a great kitchen for cooking along with comfy beds for sleeping. Hebert went out of his way to give us lots of tips and advice for traveling in Belize."

"Great location, property and host. The property was large, comfortable and well equipped. All questions were answered in a very timely and friendly manner. The host (HK) was very helpful and responsive to all inquiries. Loved the area; we would definitely stay here again. Great for couples, families and friends!"

"Overall, things were great at this property. The only issue we had was that we had booked what we thought was a ground floor villa, based on photos and description, and we ended up on the second floor. This was a bit of an issue for my mother-in-law, who has some mobility issues, but overall we had a great stay. Herbert was very responsive and the staff was great."

"We loved the design of the villas. It's a beautiful place to be in and the views of the lagoon and the Mayan mountains were wonderful to look at every day. The only complaints we have about the place is the placement of the refrigerator and sink and the garbage by the sink. The bathroom was a little dark too. Otherwise, a lovely stay."

"We had an amazing time at the Villa Rising Sun! There were 7 of us staying. The Villa is clean, spacious and comfortable. Mark, Sabrina, Dean and Blaine were all terrifically kind, helpful and hospitable. They helped us organize the best adventures and food, including flagging down the local bread and veggie vendors and arranging delivery of a fabulous birthday cake. We all really loved swimming at the dock and hanging out at the beach bar. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you...

"Property was very lovely. Staff were helpful friendly and accommodating. Bikes, kayaks etc were great quality. Arrived on a Sunday, very slow and quiet with a small staff. But things picked up by Tuesday/wednesday and full staff arrived. Spa was top notch. Restaurant was good but pricey. "

"Serene Beach resort with amazing water activities. Fun thoughtout ways to enjoy your stay from the pool, firepit with marshmallows, included paddleboards kayaks, bicycles, and big dock peir with rope net lounge over the ocean. Golf carts available to rent. Location is close to the village made exploring, eating, and enjoying the culture easy. One and only downside is one night the dock and pool bars and the pizzeria eatery would be open the next night they would be closed. Not to big of an issue as the Paddlehouse restaurant and bar was open at all times. If ever in Belize again would definitely stay here again."
