"We stayed at Cocoplum for 8 days. The condo was clean, lots of towels and kitchen well-stocked with cooking and serving items. Condo even had a fishing pole and lures which was great fun off the pier. Communication was prompt. Would return. Alvero was a great help and provided suggestions on local tour guides."

"Wonderfully located a close distance to the main town of Placencia. This property was super unique and tucked back far enough you felt like you were super secluded. The accommodations were great and the staff attended to any issue that arose. Make sure to take the hummingbird highway down if you drive from the city. Also, don't forget to stop for tamales at Mrs. Betha's at mile-marker 26 on your way down. A couple of quick notes, you are in a tropical location, so we did have some little ants...

The local staff actually got us a coffee maker on day 2 (ours was missing on arrival, though our friends’ unit had theirs so it wasn’t a big deal). But after that, it quickly devolved into a daily nightmare. The plumbing in the building had issues. The wastewater from the upstairs unit leaked into our unit every time they showered...

The villa had everything you could possibly think of. the porches on both sides made for wonderful views. She provided us with a very comprehensive list of things to do in the area, dining, excursions, shopping etc. Highly recommend you use her."
