"We absolutely loved our stay and the house was set up to allow each group their privacy while still staying connected. The beach is beautiful, the pictures of the house are accurate. We would book here again. The only downside (which can't be helped) is the ability to walk on the beach for a bit unless you hop in the water on occasion. I love to take a mile or two stroll first thing in the morning and was not able to do so. The property managers were very available to us and did everything...

"Our family spent 4 nights here after on the second leg of our trip to Belize. It was a beautiful and comfortable house. Our family loved the pool and enjoyed the kayaks in the ocean. The main floor of the house was great! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a few meals. It was nice to be able to do some laundry while we were there. The 3rd floor room was nice, but a little warm. We appreciated the fenced property for safety. The wood doors and furniture were beautiful, such a nice touch....

"We had a wonderful 2 weeks staying at the Jammin Gecko villa. We were a family of 10 ranging in age from 21 months to 70 years. One of the reasons we picked Jammin Gecko was that the bedrooms were on different levels. We, the grandparents, enjoyed the great top floor suite and considered it our quiet zone. The middle floor with one bedroom was nice for our childless couple and the lower level with 3 bedrooms was for our daughter’s family with the 4 children. The other reason we liked Jammin...

"The house is beautiful. We used the pool every day. We also made use of the kayaks and bicycles. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Juan was helpful whenever we needed anything, He set up a snorkeling and lunch trip that was great. Mango's bar and restaurant is within walking distance and Ann and Lish were great for drinks and light meals. We had a fantistic vacation."

"This property was perfect for our family of 11. It is right on the beach with beautiful sand, and an amazing pool overlooking the beach. It has a cabana to relax, just watching the water. They provide kayaks and life jackets, games, and fun! We had a wonderful vacation staying there! Thank you!!"
