"This is a beautiful resort. The beach is across the street from the resort. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast options were many and all delicious. The room service was 24 hrs and very convenient. I would stay here again."

"It was a property where we could truly experience the renowned reputation of Banyan Tree, and the accommodation we stayed in satisfied every member of our family. The friendly service of the staff left a lasting impression. One thing to note is that I had read in several blog reviews that, when choosing a dinner course at the Saffron restaurant, there would be options for appetizers or desserts. However, on the day of our visit, only a fixed menu was served. I wasn’t aware that this had changed. The food was excellent. "

"Wonderful resort hotel. Rooms are beautiful and lots of pools to choose from. Excellent service and staff very friendly. Resort is very hilly but there is a shuttle bus that will take you around or up to your room from reception. "

"The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. We stayed at Amari for our honeymoon and the Amari team went above and beyond for us. The breakfast in the morning is absolutely delicious! The location is perfect to walk to the beach, Bangla road and other bars and restaurants. The only negative is that the hotel is not the easiest to walk around due to steep hills but if you call reception they will send a buggy to transfer you around the complex. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great breakfast options - 2 restaurants to pick from (the one by the beach is quiter, the one in the courtyard has a bigger selection). Very friendly staff, greeting ever time you walk past. The king size bed was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The pools were also great and they have happy hours on cocktails certain times of the day. Very happy with our stay. Only thing to mention is the street the hotel is located on gets very busy from 6pm onwards, so expect some traffic if you’re going anywhere in the evening."
