"This place was beautiful, luxurious and exactly as pictured. 6 people could stay here comfortably. Staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The pool is cleaned daily, along with the rest of the villa. It is easy to get Grabs from here and many restaurants deliver though Grab as well. There is also room service - the food is pretty good. Many restaurants and shops a few minutes away by car or bike. The only downside for us was that the beds are too firm. I would love to return here. "

"Akra hotel was a great stay; spacious, clean, and with a dedicated staff. Communication may be a slight issue with some language barriers. This hotel is, however, not very close to many of the attractions or places to visit in Phuket, which is apparent if you look atthe location of the hotel on the map. It's made accessible via Grab. Approximately 45-60 minutes to either old town Phuket or Petang, and further from southern beaches. Some smaller cities are nearby with good beaches & good food."

"I LOVED the cleaning ladies, we stayed there for 13 nights. It was absolute bliss coming home to a clean mopped house every day. Not only that, they noticed we had laundry to be done. Washed, dried, folded and delivered next day. Shuttle bus was only too friendly to drop us anywhere around Kamala. Would highly recommend. Love you guys ! "

"The property is made up of 3 blocks. Each block has a swimming pool at ground level and one on the roof. None of the pool areas had adequate sunbeds or umbrellas, one in each area, so I complained and they didn't do anything about it. They show pool bars in their advertising but these are closed because they do not have a licence. There are communal buildings next to the pools but these are locked with a notice saying closed for refurbishment. No work is going on there at all. They advertise a...
