"A lovely hotel with friendly and accomodating staff. The safe wasnt working in my room and they sent someone up straight away. Unfortunately, it was broken and they moved me to another (better) room. I needed an adaptor which Abdel very kindly helped me with. Breakfast was average and not many vegetarian options - the hash browns and mushrooms were not well cooked. A really pleasant stay and I would definitely come back. "

"We chose the hotel because of it's spa facilities and pool. The spa is not extensive, there is a sauna and the usual treatments available, and the rooftop pool offers great views across the city. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the Grand Place and next door to the Metro so getting around was easy. Very good standard of room with all the latest pad control with access to services. "The hotel was perfect for visiting during the Christmas season as it’s located just off the Place de la Bourse where the main market is located. The room was spacious and very clean. "
