"We had a fantastic time!!!!! Villa is amazing, there is everything one may need. The best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Great outside area, plenty of sunny and shady places. Great size pool. I gave location 4 stars …..very remote place with no amenities walking distance which is what we expected and was no problem for us just thought I might mention. But for us….we couldn’t fault anything. "

"This property is absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful week. From check in until the last moment, everything went smoothly. "Everything about this stay is perfect! The house is well equipped including everything you’d need for a proper beach holiday (beach umbrellas, refrigerator bag, picnic accessories, beach games). The house is very comfortable with well working AC units in every room, comfortable beds and all the kitchen appliances that you’d need. "We rented the whole property. Great place for a family, there are toys, beach chairs/umbrella available which is a big plus. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The communication was a bit challenging. Location is great if you have car otherwise it’s about 15-20 minutes to the beach. The beach close by is the nicest that we visited. "

"Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!"

It was advertised to be in San Teodoro but it was 4km away from San Teodoro, in Straulas. "Die Kommunikation unter dem Rezeptionspersonal scheint nicht reibungslos zu funktuonieren. Unsere Buchungänderungen wurden nicht weitergegeben. Man kam uns dann mit dem Preis entgegen und sie waren bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Das Essen und das Personal des Restaurants, vorallem Nicolo, waren super! Nicolo zeigte uns dann noch ein Club in der Nähe, da wir auch nach der Suche nach ein bisschen Party waren. Allem in allem würden wir definitiv wieder kommen - mille grazie!"
