"Everything about this stay is perfect! The house is well equipped including everything you’d need for a proper beach holiday (beach umbrellas, refrigerator bag, picnic accessories, beach games). "Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!"

"We loved our stay in Santa Lucia, the apartment is in a perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from the fantastic La Caletta beach. There are a number of cafes and restaurants nearby serving great food. The apartment is spacious and clean with a lovely balcony, the neighbours were really welcoming and friendly too. We stayed in August so some aircon would have been welcome at night but we survived with a room fan, maybe next time we will stay in a slightly cooler month. Grazie Maurizio!"
