"We had a fantastic time!!!!! Villa is amazing, there is everything one may need. The best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Great outside area, plenty of sunny and shady places. Great size pool. I gave location 4 stars …..very remote place with no amenities walking distance which is what we expected and was no problem for us just thought I might mention. "We rented the whole property. Great place for a family, there are toys, beach chairs/umbrella available which is a big plus. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The communication was a bit challenging. Location is great if you have car otherwise it’s about 15-20 minutes to the beach. The beach close by is the nicest that we visited. "

"Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!"
