"We rented the whole property. Great place for a family, there are toys, beach chairs/umbrella available which is a big plus. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The communication was a bit challenging. Location is great if you have car otherwise it’s about 15-20 minutes to the beach. The beach close by is the nicest that we visited. "

"The property is in a rural and private location. There is a nice patio with a well maintained pool overlooking a valley and the sea. The views are impressive. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Visitors should note that there is no a/c. This is usually fine, we had a few very hot days in August that made the nights uncomfortable. We bought some extra fans and it helped. Out of the owner's control - the road to the villa is unmade, so needs to be navigated carefully. It is a short journey to the sea and there are donkeys to greet in the neighbouring fields. There is a good Agriturismo restaurant in the neighbouring farm."

"Check in was a breeze. It’s new and very clean. Love everything about the hotel especially access to dozens of restaurants. The hotel offers free breakfast anything from fruits, eggs and yummy pastries. Will definitely go back"

"This was our perfect villa and location. It is tucked away in the quiet Sardinian countryside but is easily accessible by car and is not remote. The nearest town Oresei is not too far and the closest beach is a 7 minute drive. The Villa had everything we needed including a lovely outside covered terrace and inside and outside shower options. Although it was very hot during our stay (36 to 40 degrees), the air-con unit kept the inside comfortable during the night. There is good WiFi provided. The host Pasquina was very friendly and although didn't speak English we managed fine with our limited Italian - after some help from ChatGPT! It's worth noting that the Villa does include another apartment for two people, but all the inside and outside facilities are entirely separate and we were never disturbed by other guests during our stay (there are two listing photos of a covered stone table that are confusingly included in this listing but which belong to the other apartment). The only small negative on our stay was the limited cutlery and some glasses and plates - it meant we had to washup by hand or run the dishwasher half empty. Overall we loved our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation; we would definitely return!"
