"The hotel was in an area that is walkable to everything. I walked at night with no issues, and walked back from Marina Sands area which took about 45 min leisurely. Singapore is safe and the hotel staff, and my room were are great."

"This was our fourth stay at Holiday Inn Express Clarke Quay and honestly, I don’t feel the need to stay anywhere else. We initially chose it because of its great location. It’s within walking distance of China Town, the MRT, and dozens of restaurants along the river. But we keep coming back because it just checks all the boxes: the staff are welcoming and attentive, the amenities are great, and the rooms are supremely comfortable. It’s a very busy hotel, but it is so well-run that we’ve never had to wait long for any kind of service. Even when the hotel is full, the rooms are very quiet and conducive to a good night’s sleep. We have never had a bad experience and fully intend to stay there again on our next trip to Singapore."

"A studio room with desk and presumably bed settee upstairs. Very small toilet (!) but fully functional with wash basin in room. Separate shower. All clean. Very nice breakfast and firiendly staff. Well situated for Clarke Quay and tourist attractions. Easy taxi ride to airport."
