"Amazing stay with a great location on the outskirts of Sapa town even though the weather could have been better. Complimentary afternoon tea was fine but coffee was only served with condensed milk which was not to liking. The indoor pool was awesome with the temperature of the water perfect. The Italian restaurant was brilliant though it was expensive and this explained why it was empty."

"I picked Sapaxa as I wanted to experience Sapa much closer to nature. There are only 8 cottages so it is such an itimate vibe. Mua really helped with everything that you need and really my made my stay so much better. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep on! An hour hike away is a Hmong village, easy hike and do not miss out on the herbal bath in the village. The water pressure in the shower is not the best but the hot water at least is very good. The food at the restaurant is simple and I do recommend the chicken soup in the morning. When in Sapa, the best places to stay are outside of the city centre. Sapaxa Spring Garden Ecolodge is one of the best ones."

"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I had made a mistake and double booked a room. Hang was very helpful and arranged a refund for the unused room. I was there after after a trek on Mt Fansipan. They were able to do same-day laundry and an early check-in. Thank you"

"The property was a tropical oasis. The room was gorgeous and the bed super comfortable. Loved soaking in the tub! The location was above town but an easy walk and quick cab ride home. I highly recommend this place! "

"We really loved the location and hospitality. They were super helpful with not only the stay, but any adventure we were seeking. They also rented us a motorbike which made things easy. We could message them about anything and the response was quick. "

"This place was an absolutely amazing choice to stay in Sapa. We had to walk up some pretty hectic hills to get there but the views from the homestay were absolutely worth it and after all the good food we ate the exercise was proabably needed! You could get a cab or bike up the hills if required. Amazing customer service, the staff are so incredibly friendly, and they cook some pretty great food as well. The cabin we stayed in was perfect, it was quaint and comfortable, very cosy. Despite there being no heating there was heated blankets we could use and a heater provided. The hot water system was also amazing compared to many we have experienced in Asia. They also had dogs (one had puppies whilst we were there!) and cats, the best breakfast companions. We would definitely recommend this place for others to stay whilst in Sapa and we hope to come back!"
