We were there during Tet and there were few guests and only 2 staff who were the very best compared to any place I’ve been in the world. "We were warmly greeted on arrival by wonderful bell staff and Ngoc Du and Ngoc Anh. We were impressed with their english skills and outstanding customer service. The bell boys were also responsive and helpful. We unfortunately had a noise issue to do with a large family staying in the room beside us. Manager Dzu promptly dealt with our complaint which was much appreciated. Dzu also greatly assisted us in booking transportation back to Hanoi. All round excellent service, and if the mist lifts...
