"Overall we enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a negative was there were no pulls on the bathroom drawers and cabinets. Super annoying to get the drawers open. There was also no fan or wasn’t working in the tiny shower/toilet area. And the screen door off the bedroom needs replacing. $2,000 for 3 nights is a lot for my family so we expected little things like that to be better. Overall though the condo had a great view, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temps, and the building was very quiet....

"My husband and I stayed at The Malibu 5 to celebrate his Birthday and had the best experience imaginable. The apartment was uber clean with outstanding views and easy access down a flight of stairs to the beach. The beautiful modern apartment opened up to a very private deck with two sun loungers, a seating area plus a sun umbrella. All outdoor furniture was in great shape and worked properly. "The unit was clean and nicely appointed. It was an affordable studio. A toaster would have been nice to have since I just ate breakfast there and was out for the rest of the day. Property manager was very responsive. I thought it was weird that my studio patio was walled off from the pool by a 6 foot fence that you could not see over, and had to make arrangements to use the pool. I was a little uncomfortable with the neighborhood which was mainly a Hasidic community which I was not expecting....

"This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit."

"I was in communication with Liat, the host. He answered questions quickly and the location was secure and immaculate. The photographs did not do justice and the layout was a perfect set up. That location was also within a 1/2 mile of a seminar local to the area. "

"Ana's place was fantastic! My partner and I spent a month there this spring and had the best time. We worked from home and the 2 bed - 2 bath setup was perfect for us. Ana's place has a ton of space, great amenities and is in the best location in LA, close to absolutely everything on the westside and just a few minutes from the 405/10 freeways to get to the rest of what LA has to offer.
