"We needed a place to evacuate to from our coastal home during Hurricane Milton. The owners are kind and generous. We have everything we need here and were able to extend our trip a couple days since we do not have power at home yet. We are still here and enjoy the quiet now after the storm. The house is comfortable and decorated beautifully. We want to bring our kids back here during the summer for a family trip to visit the area and do some trail hiking. "Larry was an excellent host. Very responsive. Property was close to Silver Springs. Chickens and ducks could be seen in the morning and midday and were fun to feed. The RV was large and accommodating, and the beds were comfortable. Everything you could need was within the RV and there was even firewood available for us. Made a quick trip to Walmart for some food on the way out there and enjoyed the campfire most evenings. It was a nice escape from the city for a weekend."

"We had everything we needed at the cottage to be very comfortable for the entire month and David was quick to respond when we reached out. It was great to have multiple outdoor sitting areas and ample space in the house with comfy beds. The lake view was wonderful, and we enjoyed frequent visits from the sandhill cranes and little blue herons.Thank you David and Darlene for creating such a wonderful space and sharing it with us. "

"This is a great location right by the springs. You can walk if you want. Great friendly diner on the same block. And being Florida, it’s great that they have indoor games if the kids get bored. Huge fenced yard if you need it fire pit and other outside activities. A lot packed into this home. We really enjoyed our stay!"
