"I recently spent three unforgettable nights at the Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk team and pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room on the highest floor, offering absolutely breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The room was immaculate—elegantly designed with a perfect blend of modern luxury and comfort. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the spacious bathroom and thoughtful amenities, made my stay feel truly five-star. Waking up each morning to sunrise views over Istanbul was a highlight in itself. Service throughout the hotel was flawless. Staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether I was dining at one of their incredible restaurants, enjoying a drink at the chic bar, or relaxing at the spa, I felt genuinely cared for at every moment. Fairmont Quasar is a peaceful oasis in the heart of bustling Istanbul, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The upgrade to the top-floor room made the entire stay feel even more special—thank you to the amazing team for such a memorable visit. I will absolutely be returning!"

"Our family arrived hungry and later in the morning the day after we were supposed to check in due to transportation issues and the front lobby expedited check in for us and the buffet to make sure we could eat before it closed. Everyone treated us like the most important dignitaries throughout our stay - our concerns were their concerns. Amazing service!! Also do not miss the view of the first Bosphorus bridge and the mosques in the skyline from the top floors."

"Amazing, Amazing and amazing. Can’t tell enough of the comfort in this hotel. The entire team, super nice super friendly and super professional. I stayed there for 2 times in January and February for about 2 weeks each and this gave me enough tome to evaluate and give a fair review. They deserve 10 stars and 5 is not enough. Cleanness, CSR service and rooms that are well designed and so beautiful. Food is amazing, staff are unbelievably trained to give you the best service. Would highly recommend them and I am going back in June for 2 weeks with my family. Special thanks to Mrs. Ege duty manager, and Merve guest services to make my stay feel like home. They are the best I wish they would work with me and for my company 👌. Other names are Umut, Gulen and Hazal lobby bar which was my everyday spot to work and chil. They are simply the best with the level of service they give you. Alihan and Anday in reception that made my check in and check out smooth and easy with a warm welcoming attitude. "Staff was friendly however, we were charged 500 pounds as a deposit and they took 20 without giving any details since we did not use any service. Only downside was the bridge lights were off throughout our visit which was the reason we chose this hotel so money wasted. "
