"We arrived to a room that looked like it had been cleaned some time ago, the pillow had a dead bug on it and the floor looked to have dirt on it. We also found a big on one of our towels. The room was small and mattress did not feel good quality. We complained and the staff showed us alternative rooms which also had dirty floors like as if they had not been hoovered. We asked for a room to be cleaned that day. We then got an upgraded room which considering the hotel was not busy it would’ve been...

We were so lucky with the weather as well which made the whole experience even better! the kids have had an unforgettable time with the horse riding. The staff went all the way to accommodate our needs and were always willing to engage the kids with all the animals on the farm."
