"I Love this area and will come back to stay at Minn Nishikasai hotel. The hotel is equip with stove, refrigerator, nice essential oils shower gel and also shampoo and conditioner. 7-11 is 2 mins, Lawson store 2mins, Nishikasai metro 5 min easy walk and i have back problems. There are lots of small restaurants everywhere. The stadf is very courtesies and polite and helpful. You can check in on a ipad and communicate through the ipad easily as well. Checkout is quick with QR code.."

"Very nice little hotel, not to far from all the shopping centers that I cared to visit, and not to far from nearby eateries. Would recommend for anyone on a budget that also wanted someplace spacious and clean."

"The location is a bit far from downtown Tokyo, but it's close to the JR station, making it very convenient for visiting the Disney Parks. There are also several stores nearby, including a supermarket."

"Overall wasn't a bad place to stay but also wasn't a great place. The walls definitely has chips missing and some marks on the floor and walls but the bed and futon we decent. If you have to contact the property owner definitely call as online you will wait days if ever a response. There is no on site person which the add did say for ours, it is all online. "Everything you need for your stay in one convenient location. Check-in/check-out is easy with staff to provide assistance. Kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, plates, utensils, stovetop, mini-oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, and fridge. Bathroom has shower/tub combo with separate toilet and sink area. "It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. "We stayed 8 nights at Minn (family of 4), the place was very clean, updated and very spacious The neighbourhood is amazing and the ASAKUSA subway station is very close. It’s very close to the senjo Ji temple, it was a very cool experience to walk through it every day to get around The only thing was that it would come at least once to empty the garbages or change toilets. You basically have to submit a request via a Japanese app to get any service needed Overall I would stay again "

"Great property close to attractions and shopping. My only gripe was that it was a bit the pricey side but accommodating for 4 in Japan will always be an uphill battle. Nice amount of room in room and the heater in the bathroom is clutch for the winter months. "

"My partner and I loved our 11 day stay here. It is only a 7 minute walk from the Tamachi station. If you need extra towels for your stay, you can either wash them or go downstairs in the back for more. The check in & check out process was smooth. The bed was so comfortable and we loved how quiet the room was, despite it being on a busy street. The only thing that gave us issues was the WiFi (we were unable to connect). Thank you Seaside Tamachi! 😊"

"Nice quiet area. Nice to have the extra room traveling with family. A bit of a walk (15 min) to a nearby train station if you are wanting to train anywhere. Lots of places to eat nearby. 24 hour convenience store across the street which is handy. 4 night stay and in suite laundry made this a wonderful stay. "

"The area around the property is great and super convenient. Communication with the staff was also quick and great. Only issue was there was a roach found in the restroom which when communicated with staff was dealt with. Other then that the place was clean and everything worked well. This booking was for a group of 4 people. "

"Good location near Ueno Station with many train lines. Great for solo travellers who want more privacy than a hostel for very reasonable price."

"Very great property, the only thing was the noise from the upstairs room got a bit much late night when trying to sleep ie. footsteps and banging around. Great feedback on response to our complaint though - the staff were lovely. "

"11/10. This hotel provided so many comforts and amenities (free water bottles and help yourself carts) for free. This has been the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, everything was so accommodating. The only inconvenience was having to take two separate elevators to reach my floor. Other than that, everything was clean, perfect, respectful, and so comfortable. "

"Excellent Shuttle Service We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and its convenient airport shuttle service. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel also offers a shuttle to the nearby Aeon Mall and JR Station. The shuttle service was punctual, reliable, and frequent, which made getting around very easy. The hotel truly takes its shuttle service seriously, ensuring guests' convenience and comfort. We would not hesitate to stay here again every time we fly into Japan!"
