"Check in was a breeze. The front door security is comforting. You walk through the first time and they scan your ID. On following entrances, you stand in front of a face recognition scanner. No one with big bags who are not staying in the hotel can bring the bags in. A cafe in the lobby has grab and go items as well as hot tea, coffee, and lattes made to order. "Reasonable rates for cold weather. Short on staff. Facility looks worn. Needs a refresh. Location on the harbor is nice. Parking and the threat of tickets from local municipality isnt fun. "

"Checking in was so easy and the person checking us in was so nice. The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. We went to the pool which was also clean and so much fun. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and it was also clean. I'd definitely stay again. "
