Everything was outstanding except the somewhat disappointing dinner buffet which was subpar in the quality of many dishes, especially the seafood. Breakfast was excellent. Our private open-air onsen in our room was great as was the public rooftop onsen. "

"The baths (onsen) at this hotel were outstanding. There was a huge variety, including waterslides. Breakfast was good, as well. We were able to park our car here and then walk over to the "hells" (jigoku). We would gladly stay here again."

"此酒店位置於温泉街附近，可步行去地獄谷，酒店裡有大型Onsen, 個人非常喜歡，另外亦設有游泳池、乒乓波、扭蛋店 and Souvenir商店；房間感覺乾淨、舒服，至於早餐、晚餐Buffet食物種類都有很多選擇。但酒店沒有shuttle 接送往返扎幌車站！"

"We arrived before check in and the hotel offered to hold our luggage for us so we could explore Chitose without something rolling behind us. Then when we checked in, the staff put our luggage in our room! What a surprise and such a kind thought. Breakfast offered a lot of local favorites with a variety of choices. Thank you to all the hotel staff for your helpfulness and warm smiles."

"Very clean hotel and staff is friendly. Some restaurants around the hotel. Bakery across street is most go. However , the room is small but still bigger than regular JP hotels. "
