"Went in to it not knowing what to expect, and were blown away! We felt like royalty living in luxury. We didnt add the buffet dinner, luckily we could add it last minute. Our only regret was not staying longer. We stayed 1 night, shouldve stayed 2-3."

"This was a pretty nice ryokan/onsen. Positives: The staff were friendly, and they even had a reserved shuttle bus that will take you from the hotel to New Chitose Airport. The dinner and breakfast buffet was also great because they tried to serve local Sapporo/Hokkaido delicacies. Like, we were able to do our own gengiskhan lamb cooktop for our buffet dinner (which is only found mainly in Hokkaido). Negatives: it was so crowded! "Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation."

"Not even 4 minutes walk from Noboribetsu Station, it's super easy ton locate. It's however 2-hour walk from Hell Valley or any activity and the buses are not that frequent. There isn't much to do around the area but it's very peaceful and there is a supermarket and 7-11 close by. The girl that checked me in (did not catch her name) was super sweet and helpful. "Friendly hosts! We really enjoyed staying there. The shower area is separate at the hot springs area. We enjoyed the yummy breakfast and dinner - we were so full!"
