"Hot spring was great but the overall infrastructure and interior could use a bit of brushing up. I.e., repaint the walls, remove ceiling molds, patch up holes here and there. "

"Absolutely the best hostel in the world. Felt like I was staying in a five-star hotel. Staff is accommodating, friendly and very professional."

"The staff was great! They spoke English well and very helpful if you asked anything. It's a great location to stay at, mostly walking distance to night markets and restaurants. The bed is hard if you are use to softer beds. They provide slippers, snacks, water, bathrobes, and free toothbrush, etc."

"This is a very nice hotel. You get what you pay for, which is a lot! It has everything. And for a luxury hotel, it’s actually still a good deal. It’s a great neighborhood, the amenities are top-notch, and it seems like a perfect spot for all sorts of travelers. I can’t think of anything that it’s missing. There were solo travelers, couples, families with children, and plenty to do. The rooms are large and the staff is on point. Zero complaints here."
