"The entrance to the building was hard to find but once we got to their simple front desk, check in was in less than 2 minutes! Our room was the panorama suite. Good for 4. With Japanese toilet and separate sink and shower which was very convenient and saved us time getting ready. Nice L'occitane products! No conditioner though. Our floor (we were on the 13th, lobby was on the 14Th) had a common area with free flowing drinking water, a sink a coffee machine.and some toiletries. No toothbrushes though so make sure you bring your own. Wish they had a microwave though! All in all our stay at the Eastin Taipei was pleasant, the staff friendly and efficient. Will stay here again if I were ever to visit Taipei again."

Excellent reception staff, offered assistance in booking packaged tour, ordering train tickets, offering directions. etc. I would book this hotel if I return to Taipei. And, recommend the hotel to friends visiting Taipei. "
