My husband and I were 10 minutes late checking out because I was having a critical blood sugar low (type one diabetic), however the staff were every good about it. "The availability of amenities, including three types of pillows, was wonderful. If a gift for non-cleaning request were flexible somehow, it would be nice. A cup noodle is not necessarily wanted."
