"Everything is different than what was mentioned on hotels.com website,the location is different and very far from the location mentioned on hotels.com website,the property is furnished apartment and not hotel apartments (the rooms are not in the same building),and the name also is not as mentioned on hotels.com website (it is Quan Jing and not Shenzhen Panorama). No cleaning for room and no any facilities (you have to consider yourself as at home and you have to be responsible for everything)."

"I had stayed here several times before renovation which they apparently did during the pandemic. The categories of rooms have changed so I am not sure of the comparison but basically everything seems a bit upgraded; cleaner, with more modern fixtures and functioning better.
