"Great place to spend some time."

"I have seen the older reviews for this location, but they are now under new ownership, and they have done a lot of remodeling. There is still work being done, but it is much better than older reviews indicate. Also, Blondie's Restaurant, under the same new owner is very good. Portions are large and the prices are good. I did not look forward to going to Shelton, WA in the past, but I may just make a trip through Shelton, just to go here again."

"My husband and I had a rare 3day off at the same time. All we wanted was quiet, nature and a hot tub, and we enjoyed just that. The cabin is adorably rustic, feels secluded and comes with most necessities. Comfy bed, fire pit, multiple areas to sit and relax and the hot tub (with robes!) didn't disappoint. The properties trails, the welcoming owners and the "local animals" were a huge bonus. "

"It was awesome being able to spend time with the family and finding an affordable place that will fit all of us. It was awesome besides the rain, but that didn’t matter. The view was beautiful. Everything was great. Could use a barbecue and a fire pit most definitely would’ve topped it off But other than that it was fantastic."

"Great little cabin on a sparkling lake, with good food and a friendly welcome in the restaurant on site. (Don’t miss the biscuits and gravy!) Had all the creature comforts I needed. Note that the “fireplace” is electric, not a wood burner. The kitchen has been enhanced with a chef’s cart, pots and pans, and a two-burner cooker. Also not pictured are the table and chairs and little hibachi outside. Coffee, cocoa, tea, and charcoal were provided. "
