"Overall my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property managers were responsive and had the home set up with a fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens, and a full supply of wood for the wonderful covered fire pit. The property is conveniently located just a short drive from Knoxville and the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The sheets/linens that were on the beds were in need of additional cleaning. They had stains, pet hair and long hair on them. Again, the stay was wonderful overall."

"We stayed here with a group of 20 for Thanksgiving and didn’t feel cramped. Although one bathroom had a sewage smell (which was fixed), the golf cart ran out of gas and we had to push it back to the house, and there was no lake access, only a lake view, we had a good time. There’s a bathroom in each bedroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The wifi worked perfectly on all 3 floors. The hosts were very responsive. "

"The home was beautiful. On the water and awesome view of Lake Norris. Surrounding neighborhood (1 mile from lake) not as well off. We did contact management about a very bad smell (seemed like septic smell) coming from the first floor restroom. After a couple days maintenance person came out. Told us issue was fixed and smell would dissipate, but it didn’t. We just got used to it, but noticed it each time we left and came back inside. Hope they’re able to fix this for next renters. "This property is simply wonderful and very comfortable. We were a total of 17 people including children and they had absolutely everything we needed. At the last minute we thought of baking some cupcakes and there were the molds and even a chair for the youngest baby to eat.Each area is equipped to spend a pleasant and enjoyable time. The cold forced us to go inside and we had a lot of fun with the board games available.We were presented with two doubts and we wrote and they were resolved...
