"We decided last minute to have a girl’s night in Ohio. I usually spend weeks searching for the best place and book months in advance. Being that I didn’t have time for any research I pretty much crossed my fingers, held my breath and booked the 1st available listing. I could not have picked a better place if I would have searched for a year! This place is GORGEOUS! It is out in the country so the neighbors are not right on top of each other. The driveway was not hard to find even tho we arrived...

"Had some freinds over to watch the game first night. Very nice and cozy in the heart of winter. Looks small but quite spacious. Every room including the basement and attic is ready for guest. That's awesome! Great place to stay!"

"Very nicely renovated and decorated. Plenty of room and good location. Well kept and clean. Would definitely consider for future stay. We were there during one of the hottest weeks so it was a little warm upstairs but there were fans so we managed just fine. Quite neighborhood and neighbors were friendly!"

"The hosts thought of everything when outfitting the home for guests...the even provided firewood for the firepit! We think this is one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in at this price point. The only blemish is the adjacent street is really busy, so the car traffic can be loud at times."

"The home was perfect for our family. We were in town for my father’s celebration of life and wanted to stay together as a family and this 5 bedroom cozy home was perfect. They thought of everything and made it comfortable with all the supplies and different seating and relaxing areas. And an excellent location , a short walk to Medina Square. ."

"The house served us well to rest after day trips to Medina, Cleveland, and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We found some awesome farm to table restaurants and farm markets nearby. However, the house's kitchen lacked decent cookware to prepare our finds. There needed to be instructions for the space heaters and fireplace heaters. The master bedroom was chilly and we were unable to start the fireplace heaters to warm up."

"It was clean and up to date with many amenities that made the stay pleasant for us"

"Mr. Fronimo was very pleasant to work with. Overall, the units were nice. The bedrooms are very nice and accommodating. Only 2 items that caught attention. There is a heavy sulfur smell in the tap water. It may be the municipal water is supplied this way. The other is, the outside area behind the units. There is a patio area with 2 large picnic tables that could use attention."

"Six adults and two infants gathered here to attend a family wedding being held in the area. The property was spacious enough to afford each family needed privacy as well as beautifully-decorated gathering places for dinners and conversations. Thoughtful touches such as child locks for cabinets were greatly appreciated. I wanted to take the kitchen home with me. Highly recommended."

"Great location for our leadership team to plan an upcoming retreat weekend. Secluded & peaceful area. Nice location off of the lake with close access to restaurants & grocery stores. We would recommend providing additional blankets if you plan to do more rentals during the winter months. Luckily we were all local to NE Ohio, so we were able to bring some with us, but for anyone traveling by air, this would be problematic. "

"The house is very welcoming. If you are looking for wheelchair accessability, ask a lot of question based on your needs. There is a one to two inch lip to get into the home. The doorways are narrow. Very careful maneuvering was needed to get into the bathroom. There's a four or five inch step up and over to get into the shower. . No grab bars at the toilet. Had to struggle to wash hands. hands.into the shinshower. "
