"This is exactly as pictured. The bed is a med/firm foam mattress and was great. The couch was comfortable. This was a quick overnight stay for us. My one suggestion is to tweak description to let us know there is only a fridge, no freezer. And my one disappointment was no coffee available. If you are not providing coffee, please let us know in the amenities listing. "I stayed in this cute cottage for 2 nights. Interior was rustic, which I love. It was refreshing to see that the original wood had not been painted over. Appliances and bathroom are updated and the beds are comfortable. Bathroom had plenty of fluffy towels. Location was perfect as it was just minutes from the Clock Tower and everything else I wanted to see and do. "Great stay.! All amenities were as communicated and then some. Hosts left fresh baked cookie bars at initial check in. Only negative was towels in Master Bathroom seemed not clean, but we were able to changeout with other towels in closet. We look forward to another visit in warmer months..."

"The Royal Inn is my go-to hotel when in the area. It's an updated facility which is in good shape with plenty of parking. The bathroom was very nice as was the room itself with a good sized TV and comfortable beds. I don't like the Spectrum TV service but it does offer a lot of channels. The breakfast is ok with waffles, packaged egg & sausage sandwiches and other sugary breakfast stuff. I didn't use any facilities like the gym so can't comment on those. For the conditions of the place and price it's a great value. As a home renovator myself, one thing I would do which wasn't done with the updates is change the old outlets and switches which are the only things that look worn in the place."
