"We were disappointed with the hotel and their service at the reception, they are very harsh and asked for extra money for a child, even though the room was booked with two children and the age is listed on the reservation, the hotel is fully booked and they are not ready for it, they don't clean near the pool and also in the lobby it takes a lot of time. Not worth the money and not suitable for Rixos level"

It’s not good hotel ,

"First time here check in takes more than 30 mins and I have booked for all inclusive but I can not drink beer so beer is 2.5 US dollars fee, why ? The foods are not delicious , water park is not safe I only plays once and my arms was bleeding, so be aware and never come back "

"Swissotel is an incredible resort! I came here with my 2 year old child, husband and the grandparents, and it truly had something for everyone. The buffet is huge with so much choice, and I wouldn’t miss the a la carte options either. What made it even more special is the extra care and attention provided by our guest relations specialist Aya Ashraf, who checked on us every step of the way, and even helped us make certain changes to improve the quality of our stay, and reservations in restaurants etc. We really appreciated her warmth and hospitality!!"

Loved Our Stay

" The Hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay as a family. The view of the red sea was beautiful, the beaches were were nice with great snorkeling spots, and the layout of the hotel made for a nice walk in the evening. The restaurant had a large selection with good food. The spa was very relaxing with option for woman only for Muslims. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were quick to help with replacing the broken phone in the room. There was also a kids play area and lots of different pools. They also had well priced and convenient evening shuttle services to naama bay, soho square, and old market/ al Sahaba Mosque (which is a quick taxi ride to Farsha cafe). It was the perfect place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh. We were able to explore and do everything we wanted to in Sharm with the help of the hotel staff. We would definitely stay again. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa Abu Bakr for helping us with our stay."
