"Great location for the beach and town. Nice hotel. Staff are friendly but not really efficient. The youngsters dealing with breakfast could really benefit from more training and perhaps supervision. Getting a drink in the evening can be laborious unfortunately. Room was comfortable but walls are thin due to the age of the hotel. Overall pleasant. "

"Had a great couple of nights here. Met at reception by the owner who was very friendly and very helpful. Showed us to our room which was a good size and spotlessly clean. Hotel is ideally situated in Shanklin Very close to the sights, beach and close to 2 bus stops so there was no need to use our car. Would definitely stay there again if going over to the island."
