"Hotel is clean, reception always helpful, room is one that has been renovated since last time there five years ago, ( theme river view room/breakfast) Bathroom has a nice shower and seperate bath only and a separate toilet with sink, all clean. The beds are large but very hard to sleep on. Breakfast is a bit more varied than previous times, and staff friendlier than previously, there is also a restraunt on 2nd floor that has tasty Chinese food. "The location is nice near the river and offers great view if you have one of those rooms. Walkable distance to many of the attractions in the area. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but offer very comfortable rooms and services within. Not your usual hotel experience. The bathroom out of the shower is very slippery and easy to fall if not careful, otherwise a great stay for people who like to be in the area."

"The hotel is one of the best in the area but it is getting tired.. there are some cultural corks to keep in mind.. like don’t forget to bring swim cap if you want to use the pool, service barely speaks English, room service takes 50 minutes (even if you are VIP guest), there is giant bathtub in my room, but there is no bath salt ( u have to buy that … lol), and list goes on.. in overall I would stay here again..because luck of choices in the area"
