"Good location with close proximity to metro and walking distance to malls including Beijing Pedestrian Walkway. Self service laundry is excellent. Slightly surprised to find twin room uses actual single beds which were too small for child to sleep with parent. Room had multiple USB charging points and a multi adapter cable which is thoughtful. They should consider improving their power outlets to use universal sockets to better serve foreign guest. Both breakfast and Wifi were decent enough....

"Check in was a breeze and the staff who helped me was wonderful. It was a busy time in the hotel, due to the Guangzhou Conference, the staff noted my request in english for a room with a view ( my mum has mobility issues, and would be spending more time in the room). She gave us a room with a view of the city and Canton Tower. My mum loved the view and sat by the window day and night. Thank you so much. The beds and air con were comfortable. "Good services & helpful front desk"

"The staff was very accommodating to help an English only speaking guest. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, great pillows and comforters and the housekeeping staff was great. The restaurant served very good food.The room was a bit musty, but I think it is the nature of the moist climate and that they possibly turn off the ac when the rooms are not in use. There is great shopping within blocks of the area. I will certainly return."

"Pros: very sleek and contemporary furnishings- unit is very modern with tons of storage-very quiet-washer/dryer in unit is great for 9 day stay-housekeeping is very accommodating and pleasant-Cons: “buffet breakfast “ is terrible- the property has no on-site restaurant, for “breakfast “ walk to the adjacent shopping mall to a pizza shop where a “breakfast “ is set up/ horrible! Paid for 9 breakfasts, ate one! They should not offer a meal at all! Large pink “claw” machine spoils reception...
