Great view from my clean room. Carpets need shampooing otherwise clean to touch of my bare feet. Was no bellman or porter when I arrived still not sure if there are some or a doorman. Concierge did help me find a place to buy a wheelchair though.

Location is great. Very close to the Pearl River. There is a green park across from the hotel. It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. However there is always someone smoking at our floor lifts lobby early morning and in evening. Mentioned two occasions to the front desk, but there is still someone smoking on the day we check out.

This hotel is excellent. The room is spacious, and the bathroom was a welcome respite after a long day. The beds were very comfortable. The location is very close to the subway and also close to the river where there is many shops and dining options.
