"It was a nice enough stay. The bathroom needed updating in the allocated room, it was definitely showing signs of age and use. Unfortunately the mattress has probably had countless people sitting on the side of it, as it sloped to one side. Convenient to use the pub downstairs, parking was fine."

"Very shabby, in need of complete refurbishment. The room was very large, had a sofa, a table and 2 chairs coffee table,3 small bedside units, a unit with tea/ coffee makings, a dressing table and chair and a wardrobe. Sadly, all very dated and the sofa was past its best. It was such a pity it was so shabby as it could be a super hotel and the staff were very helpful and pleasant, many thanks to them. "

"Room Very comfortable & clean. Bed really comfy. Plenty of parking (have a Range Rover & a 6 wheeled trailer) plenty of choice for food. Waitress lovely & looked after us definitely stay here again if this way "

"Excellent location. Free Parking. Right near the sea front and a few mins walk from the Hovercraft, Catamaran and island train station and bus terminal. And only about 15 to 20 mins from the car ferry, by car. Our room was superb, and spotlessly clean. We had a room with a view facing the sea front which was great. Staff were superb, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. 10 out of 10 and we are looking forward to staying again. "
