"The scenery was beautiful- the room was excellent- the beds were very comfortable. 11 year old loved the pool and the water-slide. Didn't like having to pay for parking and parking was a challenge because there were so many cars. Unfortunately, the balcony was unusable due to the seasonal bug infestation in the area - not the hotel's fault- but still a disappointment. "

"Great one night stay. The property is very well kept and clean and within walking distance to the Gatlinburg “strip”. Only complaint was the bed was not very comfortable but didn’t affect the trip much as it was just a one night stay "

"We have stayed several years in a row here and just love the hotel. Such nice balconies and located in an amazing place. We had several conferences there every year and they’ve been wonderful host. The rooms are always clean. Staff is friendly for breakfast is delicious."

"My favorite place to stay when I am in this area. Very clean and quiet and comfortable beds. So glad its a non smoking motel and that they cant smoke on balconies.They do have a place for smokers. Good breakfast bar and easy check in. Great customer service from manger at the front desk. "
