"We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were two families with four little kids and we had plenty of room in the house. (High chair and cot provided.) The views from the house and yard were phenomenal! The hosts were welcoming. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and taking a dip in the cold lake (we were there in April.) *Note: The hot tub did take a bit of practice getting the temperature right... it was often too cold or too hot! The property was great for...

"We had a wonderful stay here. the location is truly perfect -- sipping coffee as the sun rose over the mountains across the lake is my top memory from the entire summer, with more active pursuits in and around the lake not far behind. The residence was excellent --everything we needed with a lot of common space. We had an issue with an alarm that the property manager addressed promptly (even though it was Sunday)."

Pas de penderie nul par..Que des commodes... Etat du SPA..douteux... BBQ vieux, grills pas adaptées, état du terrain lamentable..."

"5 minutes à pieds du lac, grande maison calme (meme si certains conducteurs de vehicules ont tendance à avoir le pied lourd pour grimper le col), propreté irréprochable, grande convivialité ... bonne pioche"

"Lovely spot. Designer modern house, triple glazed windows, lovely pool. Only a few minor inconveniences - eg. overlooked by neighbours, patchy wifi. Traffic sometimes pretty busy in that part of Annecy in the summer. Would return!"
