"Overall it has been nothing short of comfortable and lovely stay at Royale Chulan Damansara. I have been a returning guest for many years. The hotel property has shown signs of aging but nevertheless I believe have strived always to keep up with it's service and hospitality every way it can which is achievable only by excellent team of staffs. "1) Room AC Not cold enough. 2) Staff asked me to park behind the hotel. That alley looked dangerous. I don’t want to take the chance. So I parked at the public parking, I didn’t display any parking coupon. Maybe I’m lucky because no ticket was issued by any authorities. Most of the staffs there are Indian immigrant workers. No issues with that. They were alright and nice mannered. Totally no issues👌. Rooms are squeaky clean👌. Toilets are very clean totally not any stains. Only thing is there...

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The rooms had high quality amenities and the blackout curtain features were greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had a great variety of food. The executive lounge is a must have upgrade to consider. I really enjoyed being connected to the Sentral transit center which made transportation easy and convenient. I would stay at this location again upon my return. Thank you. "

"Amazing service, great concierge services. Ajit was amazing in coordinating tours and directing us to have a great time in KL, during our couple of days visit. Room was spacious, bathroom and amenities were great. View from 43 floor was breathtaking. Breakfast was crazy, too many options to even mention and definitely impossible to try. Highly recommend it. "
