"Hotel is close to shopping in Bukit Bintang and is, thankfully, a little bit away fromthe busy/noisy part of the area. We were able to walk to the Petronas Towers via the sky bridge that was close by. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would stay here again."

"The hotel was very nice and well located near to a train station. The hotel staff that we did interact with were fantastic with great customer service. The only let down was the breakfast buffet which we only went to on the last day. Unfortunately the food wasn't up to much, variety was lacking and there were probably too few staff to manage the hoards."

"We only stayed for a very short period but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size with very comfortable bed, and the overall look was modern and well maintained. The pool is great especially at night. Location for KLIA is perfect, very short transfer and the hotel has a shuttle service. Overall we were very happy with the stay and will return on next visit to KL"

"This is a great option for solo travelers, friends and families, for business or leisure. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is warm welcoming and very courteous. The location is great for checking the Petronas twin towers, going shopping or having some nice meals or accessing entertainment at night. I would love to visit again and would totally recommend to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur."
