"Staff very helpful and lovely. We have booked a last minute room for 3 days and they have asked us if we want to upgrade. We did it and we didn't regret, they have offered us a lovely new brand room with sea view and balcony. Mona helped us a lot, she deserves the best. Lovely area , close to shops and restaurants, difficult with parking as it'a very busy area but the hotel offer the possibility to park for a fee. "

"This was our second stay, and once again the staff are the shine atop an already exceptional property. There was a mix up with the Expedia booking but we weren’t even aware because the gentleman at the desk immediately called the desk at the attached sister hotel, The Savoy, and we were upgraded into a room there. Rooms in both hotels are beautifully appointed and maintained with all of the gorgeous charm we love in Italy. The Savoy had a few more room perks such as a soaker tub with bath salts and a lit shaving/make up mirror. Highly recommended both properties."

"After reading all the bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, the building is older, but is still in good functioning shape. Despite some dent marks on the walls, all three elevators were working. Our room on the 11th floor was clean and roomy. No cigarette smell and the carpet was relatively new. The bathroom has marble(?) countertop and floor tiles. Looks elegant but the grouts in-between do need cleaning/resurfacing. The front desk was very helpful. Since a room was available, we were able to check-in around 11 am to drop off our luggage. With its proximity to the airport, we were able to take Volabus (24-hr Pass for 10 Euro) to and from the City Center for our sightseeing. Inexpensive and convenient. Also perfect for an early airline flight. Did not try the restaurant, so no comment. I will definitely stay at Tower Genova Airport Hotel if I were to visit Genoa again."
