"Owners were amazing. When we booked our room it was not 'closed' by Hotels.com. It was, then double booked. The owners found us alternative accommodation nearby until they could offer us a room at La Citta Vecchia. They kept in touch with us throughout. Once we got to La Citta Vecchia we were really pleased. The B&B decor and furnishings fit perfectly with the surrounding area. "This was a very nice little stay for my family of 5. We got in REALLY late and had issues opening the door. I called and got an answer right away. The wifi puck wouldn't hold a charge, so the wifi was spotty but other than that it was perfect. I should mention that I didn't call or email about the wifi so I can't speak to their responsivness on that. I assume it would have been fixed if I'd reached out. It just wasn't that important to me. The AC is AMAZING! I will book again when I come back...
