"This was our second stay, and once again the staff are the shine atop an already exceptional property. There was a mix up with the Expedia booking but we weren’t even aware because the gentleman at the desk immediately called the desk at the attached sister hotel, The Savoy, and we were upgraded into a room there. Rooms in both hotels are beautifully appointed and maintained with all of the gorgeous charm we love in Italy. The Savoy had a few more room perks such as a soaker tub with bath salts...

There was a parking close to the hotel so if you have a car don't worry. The worst thing was the cleanness of the room. "From the momement we arrived staff behaved oddly. It felt as if they were watching our every move. The only camera inside the building shows who is entering and exiting.
